PROGRAMS
Finding enough food should not be a weekend assignment. Many students in LHISD do not have access to food for the weekend. Community Pathways Organization began this program during the COVID-19 pandemic and will continue this program throughout the school year.
Community Pathways Organization provides students in LHISD in need with a backpack and basic school supplies.
Community Pathways Organization teams with Operation Liberty Hill to provide new athletic shoes to students in need in LHISD.
In August 2021, during Operation Back To School, over 150 students received backpacks and athletic shoes.
Our goal is to see all youth and young adults transition successfully into adulthood. For individuals needing assistance in navigating local services, we provide a mentor to identify resources such as: driving school, medical/dental care, SNAP, food pantries, government issued ID's (SS, BC, ID), High School graduation or GED, budgeting/money management as well as other services.

Our team handed out Panther Packs during the COVID-19 pandemic.
We believe all children can embrace who they are,
can define their future, and can change the world.
